Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without being subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
